Water Aerobics

Ages 18 and older

A fun filled class of aerobic and water exercises that are sure to give you a good workout regardless of your fitness level. Each workout can be altered to your fitness level. Classes will be conducted in shallow water (mid-chest deep) with high, medium and low intensity. Classes start with a fun 25 minutes of aerobic activity, followed by 15 minutes of muscle strengthening and resistance water exercise, and ending with 5 minutes of relaxation. The water is a great place to exercise, and these types of workouts help to relieve weight-bearing stress, enhance muscular and cardiovascular conditioning, along with strengthening joints and bones.

Monday and Wednesday 5:45-6:30 pm

Fee: $45; Drop-in rate of $7 per class

Open Swim/Lap Swim

Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm

$5 per visit

OPEN/LAP SWIM is for swimmers of all ages. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. During this time swimming lessons may be taught so we ask that you do not distract the instructors. If you’d like to come when lessons are not being conducted, please contact Underwater Adventure prior to coming. We appreciate all your help and working together to make this time productive and enjoyable for all. Thank you.
